I am using siti broadband connection in kestopur, kolkata.At initial stage it was working good.Speed was also good. But after using it for 2 month speed got decreased.then I talked to customer care to resolve the issue.He came and check and said your ip address is hacked.He asked me to change my password.I did but I am continuously facing the same issue. Each time he comes and say the same thing.I got irritated by its service.
I can say torrent speed is really good
