I am using their service form last 7-8 years or so.I would say it was a good cable operator when they provided the Analog service but now I am really really dissatisfied with their digital service. I use their grand pack of 265/- per month excluded the taxes.
The picture got stuck quite a few times in a day and last for 5-6 min. and They have also the signal problem, at least once in a day there are no signals for 5-10 mins or so and sometime it quite a bit long.
Where ever I called their local provider. They send their staffs and usually they fix the problem but after 2-3 days its start behaving in the same manner so we have to call them again and It is quite irritating.
I have a doubt of their infrastructure. I don’t thing they are well prepared to provide the digital cable service. I think DTH connection is far better than this kind of cable operator.
