Its the most worst experience ever by availing there service especially in park circus kolkata area. After every 6 months there people would come and say to change wire as the signal strength would be around 30% always. The connection is extremely poor plus on top of it there local service is dangerous and full of illiterates who knows nothing but to take money for everything.
I have called them for service issues and they even not even bothered to come after 3 days also. When I contacted them, they said they can’t come as I have wire issues and they need money. Imagine after every 6 months they need 1000rs to change wire and quality of picture remain same. I have called it quits and returned them there service with thanks .
