When there was a continuous campaign in TV channels to buy set top box, we decided which package should we buy? In our locality many people took many packages like Manthan Digital, SITI Cable, Meghbela Digital etc. According to less amount of packages we decided to take the SITI Cable& we purchased this programme from local SITI Cable operator of a monthly pack of Rs. 170/-. First time everything was okay, almost most of the channels we preferred like Star Jalsa, Sangeet Bangla, Etv Bangla, Zee Bangla, Star Gold, S Max, Sony, Star Plus and so on channels we could watch. But often the channels disturbed. Sound droppped. Sometimes hazy pictures . Often the channel stops with a black screen showing a message on screen that’there is a network problem’ or "signalled failed". We then made a phone call to local operator& sometimes he came or did not come to see what’s the problem . Often the channel we watching started scratching suddenly and continued for 15-20 minutes. We were so much annoyed and got irritated by this. Our neighbours also getting irritated . That’s why we have left the package.
