I am owner of one of their Layout( Plot:16): Orchid Layout @Malur. I know them since couple of years and during my experience with Developer and their team I found that they are genuine and honest with Profession and creating a good Brand name in real state community.I have dealt with Puneet and found that entire team has good spirit and follow SLA, Though in mine case Khata transfer took longer time but I understand dealing with government buddy has always difficult.
But I appreciate their time to time update on khata transfer status and smooth Transaction during loan made me confident that I have found the real guy.
Honestly their cost in market in too cheap compare to their neighborhood properties and that made me slightly suspicious and I took legal advice and guess what all paper and transaction was perfectly updated.
My advice to Buyers: you can rely on Sizzle Properties and you will get best option in market but do legal opinion always(as a thumb rule), even though team has good reputation and definitely they will help in every stage but it’s my suggestion.
