I have been using Nike/Adidas/Reebok since I was a kid. They were always averagely comfortable and durable. I got my first two pair of Skechers around 6 years ago from Dubai, and they were an absolute delight.
They are super comfortable, and far ahead of any of the others (Nike/Adidas/Reebok) in terms of comfort. The colours and styles were also excellent; much better than what you get in the other brands. After 3 years of excessive use, the only visible wear and tear that I had was that the colour on the light part of the shoes had become dull due to dust.
I have never had a sports shoe last that long. However, after 3 years I was bored with wearing the same shoe repeatedly, and got myself another pair. I dont think it was retailing officially in India any longer (earlier, Vama at Kemps Corner used to stock them). I chose the pair online amidst the many designs and colours they had. My brother bought it and sent it to India. The shoes turned out to be of the same excellent quality, design and comfort that I had got earlier.Skecher shoes are truly worth every penny you spend on them. I would recommend the broad regular sports shoes, since those are what I am using for my walks, jogs and gym. Truly top notch.
