I purchased sports shoes of Skechers from a showroom in Ghaziabad amounting to Rs.5499/- and within 4 months, sole and joint cloth got torned off. A complaint was raised by me with the store.I tried to coordinate with Skechers via customer call service & mail.They said, "We can’t replace any pair because our quality team doesn’t find it to be a quality issue".In response to email, they replied, "We will take care in future about quality and feedback."As the product is from a brand like Skechers, I was under the impression that it will not get damaged/scraped or torn so early. I will never buy Skechers products in future.
