Two shoes purchased from Skechers(through Metro and Flipkart).
Soles of both start peeling/tearing off a few days after standard warranty of 90 days.
On being approached, Skechers is convinced that it is not a manufacturing defect. The customer is actually made to feel like a fool, who knows nothing.
Most useless shoes and an absolutely non responsive company. In spite of repeated requests they did not give details for escalation of my complaint.
This was the last Skechers shoe purchased by me or anyone in my family. I will certainly dissuade everyone I know from buying these useless shoes.
The worst experience in my 57 years.
