Looks like another foreign brand who does not give a damn about’indian’ consumers.
Perhaps they are used to of the strict return policy and customer support which the government makes them abide to in the west and because they are not on a leash in India, they don’t bother.
Bought a pair three months back, supposedly their top range with gel top memory foam based shoes. the inside fabric has started wearing out already in both shoes and surprisingly a four thousand bucks shoes feels cheaper than the Chinese counterparts.
When given a photo proof with description on their FB page(by the way, visit their FB page and see how many customers have complained of the poor quality), and sending reminder to at least respond, they chose to completely ignore. I see their new posts everyday on their FB page, meaning that somebody is actively managing their page, but resolving customer complaints does not seen to be a priority. Avoid this brand if possible. Their quality is not upto the mark and they will treat you like third world consumers.
