Summer skin care tips

Summer, its scorching heat, pollution and humidity wipes off the natural glow of our skin and sometimes it causes to infections. To prevent from hassle we should follow certain tips,


Water - Drink 8 glasses or 3 litres of water every day. It not only makes you fresh but also prevent you from dehydration of our skin and helps to wash out of toxins from of our body.


Sunscreen lotion - Sunscreen has UVA and UVB products avail in SPF30 and SPF70 apply it daily to prevent your skin from radiation when you expose to sunlight, it prevent your skin fron suntanning.


Mild makeup- Natural looks are always best, but to avert of sun’s effect during summer less makeup is advisable. To protect lips use lipbalm or lipfreshner. To safeguard your eyes cover it with sunglasses.


Have shower twice a day, dont forget to take bath especially at night times. It makes you feel fresh and get rid from tiredness, odour and helps you for good sleep.


Eat cooling foods like fruits and juice. We should go for seasonal fruits and vegetables and must avoid carbonated drinks.


Dressing- We should avoid wearing tight clothes during summer it leads to irritation of our skin. Wear cotton and lighter fabrics to tackle the heat.


Try natural remedies- Lemon and tomato are advisable to keep our skin fresh. we can use it us as scrub for our skin to make it glow.
