This season brings cold breeze and few skin problems; change in temperature and low humidity can make your skin dry and rough. Either you have dry skin or oily skin drink lots of water throughout the day. You can also drink lukewarm water which is good for digestion as well. The water will make your body and skin hydrated and your skin wont loose its shine.
Choose a good quality moisturizer and read the leaflet beforehand. There are moisturizers available for different skin types, one must consider his/her skin type before buying the same. Go for herbal or chemical free products which are safe on skin.
If you have dry skin then you can use almond oil or olive oil for massage. The lightness of the oil allow it to go deepen into the skin and making it soft. If you are experiencing patches on your skin due to dryness then almond oil can repair it in days.
Mix glycerin and few drops of lemon juice together and apply it at night, in the morning wash with water. You would feel shiny and soft skin yourself. This can be used by people who have oily skin. They can also use vitamin E oil for their body.
Take bath with lukewarm water this will relax you body and supple your skin. Hot water tends to kill the germs from your skin and prevent your skin from getting dry.
Use lip balm or lip gel for your lips. Cracking of lips is very common during winters, dont lick your dry lips it makes them more rough. Tea tree oil based lip balm are also effective. You can also apply clarified butter on chipped lips its an age old method.
We should take good care of our hairs and whole body as well. Healthy diet and exercise always help in this, also exposing in sunlight is a great health benefit.
Dont avoid your cracked heels as it can be very painful later. Use good quality cream for cracked heels which are less greasy and can repair your problem fast.
