Tips to get soft and smooth skin during winter.

Winter is the time when skin needs extra care. Skin becomes very dry due to cold and keeping it moisturised is very important.One should use a good moisturiser whose effect lasts longer .Take extra care of face and lips as they are more vulnerable because our face skin is thiner than rest of the body and our lips have no sweat glands. Drinking lots and lots of water is most important and we need to take extra care to drink at least 10 glasses of water daily because we really don’t feel too thirsty as in summers.This will keep skin soft and maintain its glow.


Honey is a very good moisturiser.Just apply honey on your skin for 15-25 minutes and wash of with warm water.Pat dry with a towel.Use of moisturising face pack especially papaya face pack will be very effective.Always take care of applying moisturisers and body lotions fter washing face or body with soap or facewashes otherwise skin will look dull and lose its glow.Youcan also apply aloe vera gel because it not only is the best moisturiser but also works on uneven skin tone and reduces skin blemishes, acne and pimples.If uou can get a fresh stem nothing can equal it in moisturisation. One can also make a mixture of turmeric powder and rose water and apply on skin 15-20 minutes before bathing.Eat lots of fresh fruits or fruit juices .They will give your skin a natural glow and it will look very beautiful.Eat lots of greens and drink water.Eat healthy, think beautiful and look beautiful.
