Extremely disappointed with the service received from Skinnsi for Hydra derma facial which costed me Rs. 4699/- for 45 mins at home service.
The machine wasn’t working properly for the first 15 mins, the therapist was trying hard to start & adjust the settings & kept saying that’s how it is, low pressure on the face.
I couldn’t feel a thing on the face, no steps were followed like cleaning, exfoliation & no scrubbing was done. It was absolute waste of my time, money. When given feedback to the manager, wrote multiple emails, they eventually they stopped picking calls or responding when asked for refund, pathetic customer service . It’s a fraud company, Sales team keeps calling up for selling new services even today but not resolution to the pervious issue when mentioned.
I was constantly forced & pursued by the Skinnsi acct managers Zainab, Ashita & Chandini to take up the entire package & pay upfront. They cheat people once money is received & don’t pick calls for post service issues.
