The automatic version is the worst ever version of any luxury car I hve ever seen in my life. Laura is just opposite skoda’s earlier model ie octavia. The Car has manufacturing defects with its gear box, Airconditioning, almost 80% 1st generations Laura faced problems with there gearboxes and AC’s.
The company policies are pretty clear: Customers are there firts priority till u buy the PRODUCT, once you buy it customer becomes companies last priority. After Sales and service is so poor that you will end up scratching your hairs at last. As there is noone in this company who will ever hear your complaint.
FINAL VERDICT: SKODA is going to be disappered from INDIAN market very SOON.
