I have faced very bad experience with Gurudev motors, Guindy, Chennai.(Skoda Authorized service station).
These people are bloody cheats money minded f*kers.
I own skoda laura, Met with an accident, got the oil sump busted and engine seized.
I approached them and replaced oil sump on warranty coverage.
And I did my engine works outside since the cost is so unconditionally expensive as you all know. My car is fine after that.
Few days later, I approached them for general service. They were not ready to do the service as I did not do the engine works with them. what the hell. Did the sell the car for no cost?
They took it after few arguments, and later they gave estimation around 3 lakhs for which I have not asked them do that. and they demand 2% of estimation cost(rs. 6000)
Moreover, They spoiled my ECU and ABS unit without my knowledge, Which I found it later through some other workshop.
These service centers are not for support. only to draw money from every single customer.
Though I love this car so much, I sold it finally. because of these gentlemen(s).
