Its been almost two years, I have bought Laura now. Its one of the most troubling cars I have ever used. The maintainance cost is sky high. All my tyres got a lump in the first year and had to be replaced causing a lot of inconvienence. Later after warranty three out four tyres again got a lump and had o be changed at my cost. Till now I am facing issues with tyres. Every week there are issues in some tyre or the other.If the tyres cannot handle the weight of the car then they should be changed.
Air condition internal switch went wrong by itself in the middle of summers and I had to pay 30000 Rs just for a mode switch. Due to the poor placement of the amlifier of the car below the seat, my amplifier got damaged due to water bottle spill. Now all the dealers across India are syaing that it can be repaired, you have to buy a new one which will cost 40000 Rs. I got it checked in the market and it needs only a 300Rs IC to work properly but the IC is not avaible in the market.
If the amplifier is repairable then it should be repaired by SKODA also. These unnecesaary overheads are extremely annoying and dissatisfying.
No one in Continental SKODA is trying to resolve a problem. Continental SKODA has one of the worst service centers in delhi. There people just dont Care. I also have SKODA Superb and will be selling it off soon after looking at these unnecessary maintainance charges and inconvienence. I would also never ever recommend this Brand to anyone of my relatives and friends. Its highly Uncomfirtable, Back seats are almost 90 degrees straiaght ans cannot be taken for long drive. Manik Gupta
