Skoda Laura, very expensive car but very useless ac. You spend much to buy a big luxury at but the AC quality is very cheap. We bought two Laura same date along with my friend, AC for both the cars became non functional. When I approached the workshop. They say the compressor is faulty and it will take minimum 72 hours to get approval to change it. That means you can’t use your car at least 72 hours. They will replace it only after they get approval from their office.
No importance of customer time and experience. They take you as granted.
