I’m going to tell you the downsides of this car, because any customer may accidently buy a skoda by just hearing all the cool features and elegant appearance of skoda brand. What many people may not consider or forget to think is that the aftersale services skoda provides for their customers.
I’m driving the 2017 skoda octavia diesel top end variant, it was a good selection among other luxury sedans now available in the Indian market. I drove the car for almost 3 months and for seevicing and others I approached the dealership and the experiences I got was annoying. The parts for my car costs a whole lot of money and i’m really afraid that if I met with an accident I might spent double or triple amout of money for replacing damaged parts. This is very sadful for Indian customers. Well the car is a good buy but considering all the facts I mentioned earlier people can’t satisfyingly buy this ride.
