I own a Skoda rapid. Registration: Coimbatore, India.I have had heater coil light indication issue for more than a year and have given 3 times to service for that.
The issue has not been sorted out. Three times the service center has replaced parts. But the issue is still not solved. All the three times the cost is covered on warranty.
My car warranty gets over by July 2015. Who will take the cost if the problem re occurs after that period. I need a permanent solution rather than a temporary one.
Either solve the issue or replace the vehicle. I have written and made several complaints from harishpsgim@gmail.com to customer care and there is no response other than automated reply mail.
The service center does not have a clue to sort out the issue nor they explain us properly.This is height of worst customer service in India.Let me know a solution or atleast a call from SKODA if you really value your customers. There is no response from customer care. Let me see atleast I get a reply after posting this on mouthshut.
