Beginning with the fabric quality which is really disappointing .Apart from the advertisement given to the product, it is not at all performing well.I bought the bag a month ago from a retail store near my residence .I bought it for the sole purpose of carrying one or two books to my college.Exactly after one month the fabric start to tear from the runner part. Even though I am not carrying as many load or actually I am carrying less from the restricted load, the bag just can’t bear it.One of the best advantage I found in the bag was that world wide warranty.I contacted the retailer for a replacement.I did not get the replacement till this evening.I contacted the retailer but no use he said he was also not informed by the company.The fabric s getting dirty very quickly.The runners are also not smooth.So as mentioned in the title the bag was a complete loss loss.It was worth Rs.2245 .I am now using a bag of Rs750 which is giving me a better performance.I do not recommend anyone to buy this bag.
