Very poorly managed property. We stayed for 2 nights with family.
Approach road to the hotel is dangerous, it has steep slop full of potholes. Any vehicle other than SUV would be extremely risky to drive. Auto drivers refuse to ply up to hotel’s gate due to bad road. We had to walk at least 500 meters to reach the hotel.
Rooms are unclean. No locks on bathroom !! When we pointed out broken locks of bathroom, staff responded "Sir, mostly families stay here and they can manage without locks" !! Response shows, their level of carelessness towards guest.
Room service and cleanliness non-existent. Bed sheets and towels were not replaced for 2 days, despite repeated reminders from our side.
What is good:
An absolute no-no for family.
