I was user of Skycell for one month and the quality of services they provided left me with no alternative but to switch on for other operator.
I had subscribed to their Local & STD facilities and had paid a deposit of 6000Rs. After 17 days of usage one fine moment I started getting the message that my services have been withdrawn as Ihave exceeded my credit limit of 6000Rs. I was in very embarrasing position at least they should have taken care toinform in advance about such limits being reached or they should fix a date by which we have to pay the bil sso at least the subscriber is free from such headaches and he pays the amount whenever he gets the bill.
I switched on to RPG who are much better service providers . They have better schemes and even if we cross the limits they give us a date by which we have to pay the money.
