Style & design : - A design of the coffee maker is very old and also style of coffee maker is not attractive.
Durability : - The durability of coffee maker is poor. It makes a lot of noise while running. So it is not durable at all.
Handy : - The control button are also placed here and there with due to this it is not a handy product. It is difficult to understand the use of this product so it is not handle properly.
Userfriendly : - The handling of this coffee maker is poor so it is not userfriendly device.
Service & support : - The customer service is poor. Thank you.
