Though the company claims preheated laminates, they disintegrate. In my case the door corroded under the hinge since the so called "stainless steel" hinge rusted in the door under the washing sink in kitchen. The door fell off the hinge. When complaint, first it took long for the company to respond when a carpenter fixed the hinge on another part of the door leaving a dirty patch. The stainless rack and basket have fallen off due to rusting.
When escalated the complaint the company blamed the customer saying it is because of water. My reply that no one pours water deliberately but some water will fall being in kitchen. Any case the "pre heated" laminate and stainless steel are suppposed to be water proof.
When asked for replacement on payment (since company has blamed customer though around 9 year warranty period is left) no response.
Very poor product and after sales service
