Poor Service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the purchase and subsequent service experience related to a Sleek Hob Portico kitchen appliance I bought from Lulu Mall-Trivandrum on April 7, 2023, vide Invoice No. 55/31105. The total cost of the appliance was INR 27, 600.


The installation of the appliance was carried out on April 24, 2023. Unfortunately, within six months of use, the kitchen equipment became defective, specifically the absorption system stopped functioning. I lodged an official complaint through the Call Center on April 4, 2024, and was subsequently connected to a technician named Sanjay(Mobile No. 807583xxxx). Sanjay visited our house in the first week of April 2024 and diagnosed that the’Mother Board’ needed to be replaced. He directed us to contact his supervisor, Mr. Manu Ajay(Mobile No. 790721xxxx).


Our first WhatsApp communication to Mr. Manu Ajay was on April 4, 2024. He assured us that he would call back with a solution regarding the arrangement of the Mother Board. However, despite our persistent follow-ups, there was no response from him. After 45 days of waiting and chasing, we contacted Sanjay again, who reiterated that we needed to speak to Mr. Manu Ajay, to settle this issue and he asked us to follow up with Manu Ajay.


In a final attempt to resolve the issue, we contacted Sanjay this morning, who again advised us to contact Mr. Manu Ajay. We made numerous calls to Mr. Manu Ajay since 8:00 AM today and also sent him several WhatsApp messages, including our purchase invoice and complaint details. Despite these efforts, we received no response from him until 6:30 PM.


We have records and screenshots of all calls and messages made to Mr. Manu Ajay, demonstrating his irresponsible behavior. As a customer, I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and will never consider purchasing a SLEEK product again. I have given Mr. Manu Ajay a deadline of two days to resolve the issue, failing which I will approach Lulu Mall-Lulu Connect to escalate the complaint. Will never recommend Sleek to anybody, just because of the floor level poor services
