Sleepwell Mattress false Warranty

In the disguise of Warranty Sleepwell Mattress are looting the customer by asking to pay hefty amount for replacement even though their products carry a Warranty of 7 years and some of the products for even 10 years.


They are totally misleading the customers by publishing warranty of the product as 7years and 10 years, whereas in reality the same is not existing.


Hopefully Sleepwell customer support will get up from their sleep and provide the replacement of the product which is within warranty. After due verification their customer support team conveyed that the product replacement will be done. However when received the call they are attaching stings to the warranty by saying only partial amount will be done as settlement.


Indirectly they are only boosting their sales by providing partial amount of warranty and asking the customer to pay the hefty differential amount.
