Sleepwell Amity Mattress poor quality leading to severe lower back pain. I tried to reach out to Asara company outlet in Bangalore but they are least bothered and asked me to directly approach Sleepwell customer care even after knowing Customer care is not reachable even after trying 20+ times.I had send couple of mails to Sleepwell customer care along with their senior management and finally received 2 calls from customer care team but it seems Sleepwell’s focus is just to sell and not to serve customers or try to resolve their issues.I was advised to try mattress for 4 weeks even after telling that I am unable to sleep for 3 days due to severe pain it is giving.One more message I was passed by customer care was please go through terms and conditions we are not liable for customer uncomfort caused by Mattress.Wow what a company and no one from management bothered to reply to my mail or try to reach out.THis is their premium mattress and service
