HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We bought Cheer matress from Sleepwell store in mulund west.


In May 2023


It started sagging within a year so after raising complaint, we got it exchanged by Durafirm , by paying some extra amount in Feb 2025


This matress started sagging within 3 months.


We raised a complaint on 5th of August 2025


Their person Visited to check the matress.


Not once but thrice in 2 weeks.


No response from company.


After we repeatedly calling them, we were told that the pics weren’t uploaded.


They advised us to take pics and send them.


After doing as told to . They denied of any sagging


Then after requesting for a revisit, their person came to check the matress. He agreed That the matress is showing compression thought the sagging isn’t visible.


And after 5 days that I.e today on 27th of September 2025 we got a call from Sleepwell. They arrogantly denied about the issue and said that As Per the company policy , nothing can be done as of now. Also that we need to wait for the sagging.
