The mattress I had ordered from Amazon didnt fit my cot. Eventhough i had measured before ordering.
I created a return request before 30days.
To create a return request I had to Google their no. After trying for few times, I got their email n requested return.
It took them few days to arrange a call back n accept the request n they informed in email that Ill be sent a polybag, shipped by them, to pack the product n then email them for it to get it picked.
No one sent poly bag. So after few days again I emailed. They informed polybags are out of stock n they will send one in few days.
Polybag came after a month. I emailed them for pick up.
They said they will call back, but no one called me back.
Again after few days I emailed.
Final response is that, the 30 days trial period is over. So pick up will not be done.
I wish I had the e energy n time to drag them to consumer court. I wont comment on the mattress as till date its in cover n we didnt use it, thinking it will be returned. But Ill never purchase from them or recommend them, for their fraudulent ethics.
