Sleepwell has sold me defective mattress. Which is sagging from between.
Also the whole lot of threads are coming from that red cover.
I raised complain 1 month back and then followed with them four five times and still no action taken.
It means their promise of guarantee, warranty is all fake. Its totally reliable.
People should be aware of buying from them.
I would suggest that payment should be done after one year only if your mattress function properly till then.
They are selling rs 500 of item for 5000 or 6000. Cant they put quality products.
