I have purchased Sleepwell Gold Plus mattress about a year ago and it’s changed the shape due to manufacturing defect. The mattress is still under the 10 years’ warranty period.I have lodged a complaint on your toll free number and the technician did visit my place to inspect the same. He informed me that I would get a report with in 7 days of time. This was about 1.5 months ago and yet, I have not received any report. When I call on the toll free number, no one answers and no one gets back also. The complaint number is 98830.
I am very disappointed by the complete unprofessional attitude of the company. I will never recommend the sleepwell mattress to anyone. There are much better options available now a days.
