Worst product & lethargic in complaint handling

I had bought Sleepwell mattress worth of 1.25lakh, which has warranty of 10years. After 2yrs the upper layer of foam has deformed & heavily sagged. Complaint was raised on 19th Feb, complaint no.353005. Initially I was been told that within 5days person shall visit for complaint verification for next 8days no one arrived then called up call centre recd name of some Mr. Bhatti, he said he doesn’t have a person for visit send photos, which I did on urgent basis & he forwarded my complaint ahead as genuine & replacement will be done, I was impressed & relieved with their response, but the real game starts now. After 7days since I didn’t get call for replacement called up then again, now I was told that digital checking has been done & physical check required now, so again same story no one came home for next 1week & I called again, then finally 1person came for visit after 1month & still they say another visit will be required - yet another & it’s a vicious circle.


Today on 1st April I’m posting this review as I’m sick & tired of their attitudes & least bothered for complaint. I strongly suggest do not opt for Sleepwell, there are many other promising companies who are much bothered. Sleepwell are just encashing their previous reputation & has a arrogance as people tend to trust them but they are big frauds now.


In next few weeks I’m officially lodging a complaint in consumer court for fraudulent activities & cheating customer.
