SleepyCat Mattress was a huge disappointment for me. Before ordering the mattress, I spent a lot of time researching different mattress options. I read countless customer reviews, checked out the company website, and even talked to some of my friends who had used the mattress. Everyone had great things to say about SleepyCat and I felt confident that it was the right choice for me.
Unfortunately, my experience with SleepyCat wasn’t nearly as good as I had hoped. My mattress arrived damaged and had clearly been used before. The mattress was stained, had chunks missing, and had a strange smell that I could not get rid of. I contacted SleepyCat customer service to try and get a replacement, but they were not very helpful. They said that they could not replace the mattress because it had already been used, and they refused to issue a refund.
I was very unhappy with the mattress, but I decided to keep it since I was unable to get a refund. After sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks, I can confidently say that it was a poor purchase. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and does not provide any support. I wake up with back pain every morning and can’t seem to get a good night’s sleep.
