One of the worst recent online experience is this sleepwell order . They will dispatch and wash their hands and you have to run pillar and post to get updates on your delivery...they will say 100 fake excuses/stories like police caught the vechile, breakdown , stuck in warehouse etc. You need to personally chase logistics team ( they don’t even share their number)...zero empathetic company !! Avoid ordering with them if you don’t want an anxiety attack
