We tried booking a holiday with this particular agency. After we had shifted to Tilak Nagar and wanted to try a new vendor. So we thought this might be a great option.
I wouldn’t term this as a bad bargain or an agency with the worst services, but this is not a winning situation either. It can offer exactly the same price as any other agency can. There is no unique selling point about this travel agency.
It does not give any extra discounts.
The commission amount is the same for both railway and air travels.
When we asked if it had any contacts with the railway to book tickets in the last moment, it responded negatively.
I would say here- if I am already paying the commission, why bother coming down to your store; when I can book tickets online? Besides, online booking sites are more reliable and quick to respond.
So- no thanks, for now.
