I availed loan of 4k from Smartcoin the first time in July 2018 and it was a smooth process(a bit long on the waiting time though). Then, I repaid on time and again borrowed the same amount in September and my due date was September 18, 2018 and I repaid on time. As soon as the payment went, the app showed that my limit was upgraded to 10k. I was happy and thought I could borrow it when I wanted it; but to my surprise it was locked. When I wrote to the helpdesk at Smartcoin, they said that my SmartCoin Score was not enough and thats why it was blocked. So, my understanding is that we repay on time and get penalized for it. I would rather ask people who are looking for digital loans to approach HomeCredit, PaySense, etc., which are much better.
