I joined smartprep last year . I had very bad experience
The management is very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend any employee
and students also.
They just use people
In season they hire lots of people and when season is off they will create a situation when people want to leave
And one drama also there SPL. They willv tell you about incentive and all but at last they don’t give .Not least but don’t join smartprep
