Iam the Fullerton indian personal loan customer. I heave taken loan Rs.200000 in 2015 til date iam paying emi’s. Loan taken time iam the employee in one of the organisation but right now I’m business man I have own business they are offer loan mostly for employees, I have no problem because they will check the repayment possibilities but they will call monthly two times and said as per your track record we offer more loan amount are you interested or not I said iam interested, but now I am not a employee.they said ok sir we offer business loan also, then only I said ok. After one or two days executive will come to my office for verification and said we will inform you but they didn’t inform anything, after I will call to customer care they said your application rejected. When I asked for rejection they don’t have proper answer it’s effect for my cibil score. Finally what iam saying is if iam eligible for loan please issue the amount otherwise please update in your system he is not eligible. Please don’t irritate the customers.
