Facing very bad experience with Fullerton. They offer a online loan. Which I needed urgently for a personal reason. They took lots of document with 2 set of copies.
When I applied personal loan online they offer a loan with 15.5 percent but when I actually visit office to finalise my paper work they show mi the quotation of 19 percent. I was very disappointed that time even they not stop there they asking me that they have rule while taking loan the compultion of purchase policy to every customer.
This is not good even they don’t have many branches more in cities.
About office the office condition is very bad. For a few minutes I was thinking how can they provide loan they have money ? .
About office support, they don’t have good call centers. Customer support is very bad. If you face any problem about any product of Fullerton customer support executive very politely said sir I understand your problem but for this problem you need to discuss with our branch executive which sort out asap. But sir you need to visit our nearest branch.
Very imbaracing. Which they not look or compare service with the competitors.
