When I was looking for a PL for my Brother’s wedding one of the telecallers contacted me and said that he can arrange with Fullerton. Not knowing the pros and cons of Fullerton I applied for the same. One Mr Murugan (09791015781) of Fullerton , Thiru Vi Ka Nagar was doing the loan paperwork for me.
He said that they can do only 18% diminishing as our company is not listed. I said fine and gave the papers for process. My Brothers wedding was on the 19th May 2010 and the loan amount was dispersed by Fullerton only by 21st May 2010 (See the promptness)
When I took the loan our company had the account with one of the leading German bank in India and for some reason in Aug 2010 our company changed the salary account to another bank. Through some reliable sources I cam to know that Fullerton has charged on a 18% Flat interest.
I contacted Murugan and explained the same then he said speak to the customer care people and lodge a complaint I did so and in the mean while I also informed them that the salary account has been shifted to another bank and what is the procedure to change the EMI’s to other bank. They said I have to visit the Branch. (As I stay in Tambaram and the Branch is on the other end of the city I said I need bee you people can come and collect the paperwork, for that they said that they will not come to collect the papers rather I should come to their branch. I said I am not coming and Fullerton can send a person to collect the money every month.
This was happening for the past one year and now I approached them again and the person by name Mr. Manikandan appeared from 09381781752. He said that Fullerton will not do a diminishing interest rate and he was rude to the core extent.
They are the number one cheaters and blood sucker of the people. Do not trust them or entertain them when they call you for loan. They are ruthless and rude.
