SMIRNOFF is my favorite Vodka. I know people say ou can’t taste Vodka but I can. Besides recognizing the taste the other Vodka’s give me a headache.
Smirnoff a Russian Vodka. Russian Vodka’s are made from a potato base. In the U.S.A. the Blue Label is 100% proof.
I have tried all the Vodka’s from Absolute, Alexandrov, Alexei, Stolichnaya, (Stoli’s), to the Swedish Absolute but I don’t like them.
Smirnoff is every bit as smooth with no after taste and is as complex as any higher priced top Brands. To me it tastes like charcoal, lemon, pepper with a smoky spicy flavor that goes down smoothly.
I would recommend Smirnoff straight or on ice to the people who like the taste of a good Russian Vodka. It makes a great Martini as well.
THE EASY TO MAKE VODKA DRINKS I LIKE ARE:
1) The drink I like best is a SCREWDRIVER, (or Vodka and orange juice). The best SCREWDRIVER I had was in Thailand. Instead of oranges they uses tangerines. Delicious!
2) Next I like a BLOODY MARY, (Vodka and Tomato Juice with a slice of lemon). You add any hot sauce you like.
3) The other easy to make cocktail I enjoy is called a CAESAR. This is make with Vodka, Clamato; (a juice made in Canada that is a mixture of tomato and clam juice). You add hot spice and put a sliver of celery in it.
SOME MORE EXOTIC VODKA DRINKS I LIKE:
- A HAIRY NAVEL
1oz Vodka
1oz Peach Schnapps
Mixed with orange juice and served in a tall or stem glass. (Take out the Vodka and you have a Fuzzy Navel).
- SEX ON THE BEACH
3/4oz Vodka
3/4oz Melon liqueur
3/4oz Creme de Cassis
Mixed with pineapple juice and served over ice in a tall or stem glass.
