The fraudulent Mr. Hari Prasad, the manager of the Whitefield, Bangalore franchise of SnapFitness has lied, cheated and not bothered to take my consumer complaint seriously. He sold me a membership under false pretexts and Ive been chasing him for the past 6 months to get closure on this issue.
He refuses to take calls(as opposed to him calling me 3-4 times a day to buy the membership), never calls back when gotten in touch with and lies saying hell call back, but never does. Im extremely upset with how this has been handled.
Update: Snap Fitness reviewed my issue and have refunded my membership amount with the necessary tax cuts. The said Mr. Prasad denied all blame and refused to take onus for his irresponsibility with customer care.
