Thanks to Kiran, the trainer at Snap - BSK, Blore. He distracted me while I was lifting heavy weights,
this caused a Severe Nerve Compression on my neck. Now on therapy for 3 months. Not sure if I will be able to lift weights again.
The trainers are illiterate and are stupid. I have seen some of them pushing Fat-burners and Steroids.
It’s a very bad place to workout...
