It is an era. where everyone is so much obsessed about their body, fitness and spending loads on gymming and training sessions. A good physique is an asset, not only it enhances your physical beauty but also one gains enough confidence and health benefits along. I joined snap fitness when I was very new to gymming. But as I went ahead and met the trainers there, I felt Im in the right place.
When you join, after 7 days of working out they have a fitness test, where they ask you to do various workouts and assess your physical strength and based on that they make a list of workouts to improve on the areas you lack. They even have personal trainer option, where one trainer will dedicate his time only training you . You even have an option of taking a free trial class of a day or two.
You have to pay few extra bucks to keep a personal trainers.
They also have group sessions of trainings and Zumba, aerobics and kickboxing .
The gym also has a dietician. Who gives you a diet chart based on the goals you are willing to achieve( like weight loss or weight gain, endurance or strength gain) etc .
Overall the price might be a bit on the higher side for few people, but trust me you wont be disappointed if you see the results on you.
