Worst Experience ever had in my life

I bought a laptop for my friend bought a HP 15ac042tu notebook via snapdeal on 27th July 2015 at 25490/- INR with Order ID 7553102744. The product is delivered on 30th July 2015.


The product sent to me is a fault product. Initially the wireless was not working, I contacted the HP customer support, they provided me a detailed solution for the same but after rectifying all the intangible problems. The customer care executive at HP support told me that there is an issue with my Wireless antenna and it will get changed by the HP support.


Then I called the Snapdeal many for the same but every time they tell me that please upload the DOA or Job sheet for the same by the engineer from HP support then only replacement or return will be initiated. For this I contacted the HP support but they told me that the part is not available with them now and the engineer will reach you as per the part availablity.

I wish to ask both the Snapdeal and HP support, I am the one who paid 25k for a faulty laptop and you guys are sending me this door to that door. Am I a fool for you guys.and I dont want a replacement now I just want a refund and if replacement I cant pay that much amount for the same.
