I recently purchased a gaming headset form Snapdeal website and paid via cash on delivery. The product was faulty so I opted for a refund. I gave all my bank details on the website. Its about 1 month now and I havent got my refund back. Whenever I always call to them some of those idiots say that we have registered your complaint and you will be contacted with 48 hours, while some say that we have already sent you the money to your account, kindly check with your bank.
So at last I would say that do not prefer purchasing from this website. The service and support is also not of much help at all.
