Snapdeal - Product was never received. No Refund

On not receiving the mobile phone (product) even after delay of 2 days followed by already 8 days passed from order date, I cancelled the order as it was of no use for me since I wanted to give mobile to mother who was going out of station.


Snapdeal in between gave me three contact numbers (one after other since none of them worked) of e-wings courier to track the product delivery.


I could never contact courier agency. Later I got message from Snapdeal that reverse pick up is planned by another courier( Nuvo).


I shouted that how I can return the product if I have not received the product at first place.Its 2 months over. Neither my money is refunded and nor the product is in my hand.


No of Email to customer care never responded and call to them were never returned in any resolution and committed date.




  1. They lacks in coordination among them.




  2. No good control over courier agencies.




  3. No track on where product lies, if customer didn’t received it.




  4. No care for commitment to customer and customer’s money.




  5. Snapdeal can not be trusted to pay in advance.






I lost my money and peace.
