Snapdeal don't care a damm about their customers

I had purchased a daikin 1.5 split a/c on 09 may with lot of expectation(order no 6189773373). Unfortunately my happiness didn’t last longer, on 14 may I receive a call from GATI( snapdeal official courier partner) that they have received only 1 indoor pc and outdoor piece is missing. Like a detective I called up all possible people and godown of gati to trace the missing pc. All this while snapdeal was sleeping & was not even bothered whether its traced or not. On 18 may after all stunts & shouting Gati declared that pc as untraceable. So  with not much of choice & without any delay I called up snapdeal to cancel my order. I even wrote an email to help@snapdeal.com.


After 2 days when I called up to check the update on refund they said that they are investigating( which was too early) and extended the delivery due date to 22 may. How the hell did you think the product would be delivered on 22 may when the product is actually not traceable. I think snapdeal is just blocking people money for no reason. Snapdeal, Are you waiting for god to come down and tell you that the pc is untraceable, plz refund the money or are you waiting for Christmas?


Taking amir khan for the advertisement will not solve your problem? you will actually have to do some work .I would request snapdeal to relieve me from this shopping curse & refund my money at earliest.
