The snapdeal courier service people are asking me to come & collect the heavy product from their office.They are telling they suddenly stopped servicing our area because of manpower issue.i raised a complaint on this in snapdeal.
Complaint number is 6501503.I didnt get any response from snapdeal even after multiple calls & emails. Today I called customer care to cancel the order. The lady asked me to coordinate with courier guys to collect or return it. I asked her who will initiate the return process.
She told me to coordinate with courier people. The customer care lady was repeating the same thing again & again as if I am unable to follow her English. Why these kind of stupids who doesnt care anything about customers are there in the customer care Where is their 7 days replacement & 30 days refund policy.
ECOM is a junk courier service & we will get a chain of numbers to contact another person & we will go mad calling one by one. I believe, the return process must be initiated by snapdeal.

I placed an order for Cipla plasta cabin on April 18th, 2014. I received the product with broken hinges. I requested only for the hinges, not replacement, but as per the process, they arranged reverse pickup & dispatched another piece & the expected delivery date was on 6th May.
