Harassment and non delivery of purchased item

I had purchased ASUS F202E-CT148H Vivobook(Intel Core i3 3217- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 11.6 Inches- Win8)(Champagne Gold) from Snapdeal online on 27 Jan 2014 by making payment of Rs 33, 590/- by net banking. I received e-mail and sms that item would be delivered on 30 Jan 2014. The order number is 1646925605.


-Subsequently I received e-mail that the item would be shipped on 03 Feb 2014.


-Later I received e-mail that the item would be shipped on 07 Feb 2014.


-Then I was informed that shipping would be on 10 Feb 2014.


-Then I was told that shipping would be on 13 Feb 2014.


-Today(12 Feb 2014) I have received an e-mail that the item will be shipped on 17 Feb 2014!


Repeated phone calls to their customer care representatives have been to no avail. They tell me that the item will be delivered "soon!". After such a lot of harassment, I will not leave Snapdeal so easily. I will take the matter up on various internet fora and media. If they cancel the order at this stage or they postpone once more I will drag them to consumer court.


I will never recommend anyone to ever buy anything from Snapdeal.
